There is a new wave of sciences tools coming - science is getting connected in the lab and in the field through Internet of Things technologies, sensor networks, open source designs and protocols and more.

Science Makers is a monthly event to discuss and build low-cost, DIY and open hardware for science and education. All are welcome for the talks, making or both!

Making

We'll be helping create build lab equipment for the Biomakespace, the community laboratory setting up at the Biomedical Campus, applying our discussions on automation to add useful design features.
