Engineering Biology in Cambridge

Cambridge Bioinformatics Hackathon (#CamHack17)

You are invited to attend the first Cambridge Bioinformatics Hackathon (#CamHack17).

This event brings together programmers from the Cambridge area to work on bioinformatics or computational biology projects.  It is a great opportunity for programmers to try new areas of work, meet and learn from other people, as well as showcase their skills to others in the community.

Come with an idea for a Life Science-related project that you think would benefit research and is of potential interest to others working in bioinformatics or computational biology, and put it into practice at the hackathon. You may work on individually or as part of a team and are free to program in any language.

The Hackathon is open to anyone, including students, PhDs and PIs and also to those in business and industry. There is a charge of £20 for the three days.
